I have many experience working in a team.My principle in working is to increase sales both on walk in customers and online customers using social media.Creating marketing strategies to attract customers.Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries,providing helpful response via chat or social media.Ensure customer satisfaction,resolve issues,and maintain positive relationships with client.
Virtual Assistance: Managing social media accounts.Creating and scheduling posts.Engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
SocialMediaManagement: Interpreting and creating socila media reports and analytics,planning media strategies and designing visual content using software such as canva.
