I have in total of 5years experience in BPO as Customer Service Representative. I started wayback 2019. As a Customer Service Representative we will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. By that being said I consider myself as skilled at communication, problem-solving, and possess a friendly and patient demeanor. I am also a multitasker, hardworking, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines without direct supervision. I am able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, self-disciplined to work independently and manage time efficiently.
