I have 4 years experience working with BPO Industry for Retail (Amazon CSR), Telecommunication (Verizon Wireline and Wireless) and Medical Insurance (Health and Dental - Canada Account). Then recently I shift my job into Virtual Assistant as Property and Casualty Insurance VA handling Back-office tasks for Licensed Independent Agents in the US for Quoting, Application, Binding, Billing and Servicing. Right now, I am looking for a part-time job that I can work alongside with my permanent job as P&C VA such as bookkeeping, as transcriptionist, data encoder etc., that will not involving voice.
