I was employed and worked for over a year at Concentrix Ph as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. I received my degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Angeles University Foundation in 2022. I have worked with TaskUs Ph as an intern assigned to People Care Desk, where I attended to the concerns of the company’s employees. I have also acquired experience in assisting psychiatric patients during my internship at Metro Psych Facility (Metro Psychiatry Inc.), where I virtually conducted testing and assessments, created activities that can help with their wellness, contributed in making treatment plans, and presented psychological reports.
In my recent role as a Customer Service and Sales Representative for Concentrix, I successfully managed a variety of tasks, including explaining customer’s billing statements, assisting customers in making their payment, remotely troubleshooting the customer’s technical issues with their cable service, and tying up the selling of cable TV products to the customer's main concerns as an efficient resolution.
