My first job was as a Junior Locations Specialist in the Philippines at DigitalMaas; a company based in Australia. I was in Managed Services where we handled multiple accounts of clients to improve their online presence as a whole. Their clients had businesses which Google Business Profiles, Bing profiles, Apple profiles, and different social media profiles were integrated to the DigitalMaas platform; a local area marketing platform designed to deliver the company's services. During a month and a half as a Junior Locations Specialist, I learnt to be meticulous and honed my attention to detail because every information about the client should be precise in terms of applying their wants and needs to their online profiles. I also became more innovative when it came to completing the tasks in a shorter amount of time. I absorbed everything I learnt with ease and applied them mindfully. Even if I didn't have any experience prior to working at DigitalMaas, I still performed quite well and had positive feedback from my superiors. I am currently working as a Contracts Management Coordinator at Canon Business Service Centre Philippines. We cater entities based in Australia. My task is within Contract Creation, in which we input clients' details in our system and activate service agreements for printers. The service agreements are basically for the services that our network detects whether their printers need maintenance, toners, replacements. I can say that I've grown exponentially since joining the current company I am working for. The effort for attention to detail is far more demanding in this one. For example, when we input the wrong shipping address, the ordered toners or service will be set to a different location, and will result to escalations and setbacks such as the toners being returned back to the warehouse and delivering it to the right address. I am more observant than when I started here for the previous approximately 4 months. I've also learned how to handle emails from customers with empathy. Every step I make can be connected to different paths, so I also made great progress with decision-making.
