- Delivery of Resource Management function across Oceania, working within a centralized team.
- Provides Resource Coordination expertise for a function or business area, to provide timely and efficient resource assignment to requisitions raised within the business. Resource coordinators work closely with the business, building and maintaining working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the requirements of the function or area are met. Technical capability. Maintains an awareness of the specialized area to help ensure the service to the company operates effectively and problem resolution and maintenance of service availability is maintained.
- Works in partnership with the LoB Owners, Hiring Managers, HR, Finance and Business stakeholders.
- Operates within a framework, perform governance using processes and reporting to support the achievement of Fujitsu’s business strategy and workforce plan.
- Timely provision of resources to match requisitions, with further action or escalation if no resource is available.
- Receives escalated issues from the support staff and deals with the problems and issues affecting the availability of service. May establish a change in processes, standards or practices to ensure the service provided meets the requirements of the business.
- Team lead role. Supervises, motivates and develops a team of support staff directly to provide direction, ensure the team achieves their objectives and to constantly improve the quality of service.
