I use Bluebeam for takeoffs and am proficient in Excel and Google Workspace for building accurate, well-organized estimate sheets.
Beyond engineering, I spent close to a year working as a VA and copywriter for a US-based digital marketing company serving remodeling and construction clients. That experience sharpened my spreadsheet discipline, SOP adherence, remote collaboration skills, and comfort with AI tools especially Claude AI, all of which carry directly into estimating work.
I am detail-oriented, coachable, and genuinely passionate about this field. I study quantity surveying seriously through online resources and mentors, and I treat every project as a chance to build real, provable experience.
