Psychometricians like myself work side by side with a licensed Psychologist in research or assessment centers. However, we also have a career in educational institutions, specifically, in the guidance office. Many Psychometricians work in industrial setting as well, specifically, in human capital. Among the three, I chose a career in HR, in Talents Acquisition to be specific. Majority of my tasks involve recruitment and billing statements from our affiliated agencies. However, as an assistant, I have been exposed to other of HR such as compensation and benefits, paralegal, and organizational development and training.
