I have an entry-level experience in HR facets namely timekeeping, end-to-end recruitment, data entry; updating employee database both physical and digital. I also handled the government benefits of all the employees at my previous job. I did present the HR updates to the top management every month to keep track of the manpower and other HR initiatives; trainings, SDG, among others. While having some HR skills, I also have skills in layout designing on Canva. I've been doing designs since I was in highschool and I'm very much invested during college where I did my own layouts for my projects; solo or by group. Additionally, I did my sister's shop tarpaulin for over two years and my own shop. I also did create sticker designs using Sketchbook as a hobby. I'm not a professional layout designer but I do have personal experience at designing mostly food menus, business logos, stickers, job posters, and film posters. I'm a hardworking person, thus, even though, I'm still at amateur level, I'm very much confident that I can do any job well because I'm a fast-learner, I do things in a very coordinated way, I make sure I do my job carefully, I do things with a positive energy, I gladly take criticisms as a way to improve myself, I do every thing on-time as I respect every one's time, I'm doing more than the bare minimum, and I have good communication skills.
