Hello! I’m a 19-year-old Senior High School graduate with high honors, currently supporting my education and career growth through remote work opportunities. I have 4 months of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry, where I handled QuickBooks Online and Online Payroll accounts. This role strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
I specialize in managing tasks, organizing data, and maintaining client communications using tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Slack. In addition, I have been piloting Genshin Impact accounts since 2022, giving me over two years of consistent experience in client-based services and account management.
