I started my career in the BPO industry from 2012 to 2018 in Davao City.
2 years as a Call center agent for both Inbound and Outbound calls. 5 years in the IT department as a technical support/specialist. A well-trained Virtual assistant. My knowledge and experience would greatly help me get a task from the company and be able to use my skills to benefit the organization. But regardless of this, I am still eager to learn something new. Adapt new things immediately, convey great ideas to the team, and execute progress in any task.
