I’m Alvin, a skilled engineer from the Philippines who specializes in Project and Construction Management. A little bit of background – I graduated from Mapua University, a well-known university for engineers in the Philippines, with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management (Civil Engineer) specializing on site supervision and management, and analytical thinking for engineering solutions. Throughout my professional tenure, I have transitioned from being a Junior Project Engineer, to Project Engineer, to Project Manager up until my current position as Business Unit Manager PH for my company’s Philippine office. I have gone through these roles for more than 5 years in the Climate Control and Façade Engineering industry, have reached the point of providing consulting services to both my clients and internal team regarding auditing, rectifications, construction, commissioning renovations, etc. Equipped with the experience of handling different case studies and undergoing trainings, I have handled several projects both locally and internationally in Cuba, Vietnam, and Brazil with project valuations more than 500,000 Euros. I have leveraged my experiences in procurement, international and local logistics, design, and Project Management, Site Management, Cost Estimates and Strategic plannings to effectively execute my role to satisfy clients.
Given my strong engineering background, I am experienced in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Rivet and Monday's and have been using them for years. I can say that I have superb expertise in handling sitework and executing managerial tasks. Having on-site experience in construction both locally and internationally have boosted by capability of executing my tasks professionally leading the team to success and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
