Myrna Cabarles Bigueja is a Doctor of Education, she is a retired University Professor of Partido State University (PSU). She is paper presenter in regional, national and international conferences; most of her paper was awarded as best paper. She was awarded outstanding faculty of the year in 2010, outstanding faculty researcher in 2014 and Woman of Worth (WOW) in 2018. She is teaching Professional Education subject at the College of Education and Food Processing Technology in Partido State University Sagñay Campus. She is a holder Trainers Methodology Certificate I (TM1) in food Processing and National Certificate II (NCII) in PC Operators and Meat curer awarded by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). She publishes several scientific, social science and education researches. Presently she is a member External Review Technical Evaluation Committee (ERTEC) of the Department of Science and Technology, Region V (DOST V) Set-up Project and she is Accredited Science and Technology Experts on Food Product Innovation and Food Safety by Department of Science and Technology (DOST) from 2022 to present.
