I am a claims manager and being a claims manager takes a lot of skills. This includes me being detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. From the start of the claim and until the end of the claim I make sure there's a clear communication with all involved parties. I also make sure that I can give any assistance to customer's needs. To provide this assistance, I equipped myself with knowledge about their insurance policy and their coverage. I also make sure that I'm all aware of the progress of the claims. My goal as a claims manager is to manage the claim efficiently and accurately.
