As part of my collections duties, I proactively contact clients after billing to inform them of their monthly dues and follow up on payments. I also communicate any remaining balances or overdue amounts to ensure clients are fully aware of their account status and obligations. In addition, I maintain accurate payment records, perform account reconciliation, and support administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and scheduling to improve overall business efficiency.
