Hi, I’m Reanne Joy Nuas, an experienced eCommerce Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. I’ve been supporting online businesses—particularly on Amazon and eBay—since 2019. My focus is on providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and keeping day-to-day store operations running smoothly. I take pride in being detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
Over the years, I’ve handled a wide range of tasks, including order processing, handling customer inquiries, tracking order issues, and reviewing cancellations. I also have experience in product sourcing, email management, and basic social media marketing to support eCommerce growth.
Before transitioning to the virtual space, I worked as a Purchasing Manager for a construction company, where I developed strong inventory management, procurement, and payroll processing skills—many of which continue to serve me well in my VA role today.
I’m now looking for a full-time position where I can bring my skills to a growing business, contribute meaningfully, and continue to grow professionally.
