I used to work in a BPO company specifically in Concentrix Corp. where I was a Technical Support Representative and a Customer Service for a year and five months. Half of my stay at Concentrix was working from home due to COVID which makes me flexible to work at home these days. With the experiences I had in Concentrix, I believe I possess qualities to become an effective virtual assistant. I also had successfully assisted multiple clients from International via phone and email. In fact, I received multiple “customer satisfaction” emails from my previous clients.
Also, I have my own Facebook page that I manage for my father’s organization which makes me equipped for a Social Media Manager.
Moreover, I have an excellent typing skills and strong attention to details and accuracy. I used to be an encoder in Unisys Philippines who’s in partnership with a Philippine government agency for almost two years.
I have developed over time my English verbal and written communication skills, as well as my listening and typing skills.
