Being keen on details is a big deal in this line of work since it's crucial not to make mistakes on the transactions that have to be done. I've honed that skill by repetitively doing what we always do. After every transaction, always update all necessary records before processing another application. Also, make sure to double-check or even triple-check all the fields inputted before making the transaction. Clear communication is also a big deal for a team. Communicating if there's an issue arises, and actively listening to each other's opinions helps the team's workflow flow flawlessly. Multi-tasking while also having a huge presence of mind is important. We handle applications of nurses to different states in America (NY, DE, TX are some), so being exposed to a huge number of applications helps to test your multitasking skills, stress handling, and patience. Most importantly, huge patience and understanding with the nurses that we handle, but also having a sense of control over their application, so nurses will have a sense of urgency to process documents or certificate completions on their end.
