I am a seasoned Customer Service/ Tech Service representative and has worked in the BPO industry for 7 years. During the course of my employment, I was promoted as a Quality Analyst (QA) and certified as a Salesforce Administrator. I d----------- to try another field and joined a Fintech company and worked as a Data Analyst. In this role, I am exposed to collaborating with colleagues abroad, other public companies, and C- Level officers. My role as a Data Analyst entails calling public and private companies to verify information before it is published on our platform. It is a mixture of data gathering, research and verification. I am also interested in exploring other fields like Social Media Marketing and Virtual Assistance.
