Well hi I'm Ronald Arcilles 43 yrs of age and living currently in the Philippines. First I want to share my experience for working in a financial institution doe 7 years. I started as a collection analyst way back and I do the dollow up calll in collecting debts as well as go in field and study how we can locate a certain person that is no longer contactable. Years pass of my hard work I got promoted to a collection head and do the monitoring of all staff as well as take a follow up calls as well if needed to meet the target. As I grow in the company I'm nit only handling collection but also I'm handling for a credit investigation ad as well as processing of loan recommendation for approval to a higher authority. I've been that kind of scenario for 7 years and of course sincei do love accept challenges I resign after 7 years and go into the field of call center agent. In this field I'm accepting call from the customer who are verifying their accounts , their credit cards to be exact. Still I engaged in a financial account international. Wee do assist te customer to view their balance how much their remaining credits and às well as some problems with a fraudster. Most like the customer calling because they are having a problem using their cards and the reason most is out of balance and some problem with the. Pcos and sometimes they are I some trouble of someone using their cards. So we need to settle those. Issues and make the customer satisfaction in calling us. Mae them fell that we help them to solve their issues and some thought that there are customer that are rude and irate but we need to calm and solve the issues and make the customer satisfy with what she aking for. At the end of the day I must please the customer but sometimes you cannot please them all but good thing that every single day there's a lot of customer that are happy with my service and that's my most concern as an customer care specialist. Well aside that I'm doing sideline job such as bookkeeping ad filing taxes. More of the thought that we make for a living so I do multiple jobs. Now I'm happy taking care of my aunt's dogs and willing to undertake virtual jobs since these only require to work at home and some special time. I hope that I can be with this journey.
