It all started from working as a Call Center Agent when at first it was agonizing to communicate with customers and to navigate tools and resources. After working for quite awhile I realized that I have great communication skills and computer literate. I wanna explore something more something that I can put my skills to good use. Being a virtual assistant is my goal considering my skills, I've been looking forward to work remotely most likely due to newly engaged to motherhood.
