My experience as a Guest Services Associate and a Customer Service Representative sharpened my ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive outlook, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and customers.

During my time at Concentrix and Sitel, I was responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions—all of which required meticulous organization and focus.
