A mother of two kids ages 21 and 16 years old, born on October 3, 1981 in Cebu City Philippines, a former Dentistry student and a Commercial Cooking Course graduate with an internship at a local hotel in Cebu, Philippines. A Former ESL teacher. As an ESL teacher, I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills while working with diverse groups of students. I am adept at explaining complex concepts in simple, understandable terms, and I have a proven ability to build rapport and trust with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Whether in the classroom or in a one-on-one setting, I excel at creating an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters learning and growth.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have worked in customer service roles in both the healthcare and telecommunications industries. My role in healthcare customer service involved assisting clients with navigating their insurance options, scheduling appointments,filling claims, checking status on their authroization and resolving billing issues. This experience honed my problem-solving skills and my ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations. In my telecommunications customer service role, I was responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, processing service inquiries,resolving billing issue, saving them from disconnecting their subscriptions(retention) and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
