I've spent the last several years working in business operations and data management, mostly supporting clients in a BPO setup where accuracy and consistency really matter. My day-to-day involved handling data processing, maintaining CRM records in Microsoft Dynamics 365, running reports, and finding ways to make repetitive processes less painful for the team.
One thing I genuinely enjoy is spotting inefficiencies those small steps in a workflow that seem minor but quietly eat up time or cause errors down the line. I've helped streamline a few of those and it's always satisfying to see the difference it makes.
I'm comfortable working independently and I don't need a lot of hand-holding once I understand what's needed. I'm also easy to communicate with I'd rather ask a clarifying question upfront than go in the wrong direction for hours.
