I’ve been with North Luzon Expressways (NLEX) in the Philippines for almost 20 years. I began as a Toll Teller in 2005, a frontline role dedicated to providing excellent service to motorists. After seven years, I advanced to Senior Toll Teller, taking on responsibilities like managing and supervising toll plaza staff, preparing reports, scheduling manpower, handling email communications and tasks, overseeing cash management, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. In 2018, I moved into an administrative role focused on verifying and validating Toll Teller transactions, which allowed me to enhance my computer skills. I also continued with email correspondence and monitoring reports in Excel. Then, in 2022, I achieved another milestone with a promotion to Toll Supervisor, where I now manage and supervise staff while overseeing the performance of the toll plaza and its operations.I enjoy collaborating with people, preparing reports, and completing tasks efficiently.
