I've been in the IT industry for 3 years and counting, I started as a subject matter expert and got promoted to System Administrator II which scope of support is Exchange O365/Messaging.
Day to day task is handling tickets from our clients about concerns with their Outlook mailbox such as send and receive concerns, outlook profile, creation, deletion and modification of security group, static distribution list, dynamic distribution list, conference room and generic mailboxes, tool we use is powershell and the GUI version of Exchange Admin. I have also handled patching and rebooting servers both onprem and cloud environment, as a Sys Ad II we also cater concerns about quarantined email via Proofpoint emailing system, have experience with safe senders, blocking a sender and releasing a quarantined email. Had experienced with Remedy and SNOW for ticketing tool as well. Basic background about Azure, AD and Teams admin.
