As a Script Developer and Automations Specialist, I play a critical role in the design, development, and
optimization of communication scripts and automated call flows. I collaborate closely with clients to
capture their vision and verbiage, fine-tune scripts with pauses and intonation cues, and work with voice talent
to bring the scripts to life. Additionally, I am responsible for processing and refining sound files,
mapping them within an internal tool, and constructing effective call flows to ensure a seamless customer
experience. I also have experience in customer service, assisting clients in finding rent-to-own homes and helping them improve their credit scores.
