I have a total of over 10 years of experience working in the BPO industry. I was a Customer Service Specialist for more than 2 years for a money transfer service company based in the US. I had also experience in Quality Analysis to which I was given a chance to have supported four different brands/projects. The last two years of my career was spent being a Risk Assessment and Fraud Management Specialist. Over the last eight years, I was honed to do hygiene audits to keep business running.
