I am a license professional teacher major in English. I was teaching secondary (junior and senior high school) for 3 years. My education and experience in teaching enhanced my language skills in terms of writing and speaking-- whether professional or literary. This also developed my people management skill.
During my customer support journey, I was able to cater chat, call, and email. These were under varied accounts/clients-- sales, data entry, and cryptocurrency platform. I possess leadership skills which was harnessed through my 2-year leadership experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in a BPO company. I handled sales, data entry, and job hiring platform accounts, managing a couple of teams at the same time.
I am goal-focused, multi-tasker and time-oriented. I value communication greatly, which I believe a significant factor in every task's completion and success.
