I've been an Administrative Officer for more than 6 years. Handling project management and implementation, planning and budget functions, and administrative responsibilities.And been sharing my knowledge and learnings to aspiring tourism professionals for 3 years.
1. Spearheads the administrative management and process of the office.
2. Responsible for organizing, routing and filing of administrative documents of the office.
3. Facilitates the implementation of numerous activities and projects of the office, handling its budget and project proposal preparation, procurement process of logistics, technical document processing, and processing of payments and liquidation.
4. Prepares work and financial plan, proposals, memoranda, presentations, minutes or highlights of the meetings, and different kinds of reports, such as accomplishment reports, terminal reports.
5. Handles the official email address, and facilitate email queries.
6. Train students, and manage event classes.
Most of my colleagues describe me as optimistic, organized, well-planned, team player, easy to get along with and charming. It is really important for an employee to have time management, flexible, can work with minimal supervision, plan the tasks efficiently and adaptable in changes. I believe I perform all of these traits.
