I'm a creative first, but I learned through experience that learning tools is easy for me. I started my career in process engineering before moving into automation and operations, where I now build workflows, improve systems, and document processes that help teams save time. I've worked with CRMs, AI tools, and workflow automations, but what I really enjoy is taking a messy manual process and turning it into something people actually enjoy using.
I'm comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, whether that means building an automation, organizing documentation, auditing data, or explaining a new process in plain English. I learn new tools quickly, work well with minimal supervision, and genuinely like solving problems instead of just checking tasks off a list.
I also have a background in Advertising Arts, so I bring a mix of creativity and organization to my work.
