I mainly function as an operation support support that provide a wide variety of task depending on the tasks or project that needs to be accomplished. It ranges from employee communication/departmental collaboration, ad-hoc tasks, data analysis, data visualization using google spreadsheet/looker studio etc. We also manage back end ticketing efficiency of our CRMs and make sure every ticket is delegated to the right owner and department. We also monitor employee attendance and productivity through HRIS and Time Doctor as well as assist in implementing company memorandums.
