I bring 10 years of BPO experience across telecommunications, finance, and retail, with over five years supporting Salesforce’s GBS and Shared Services teams. My role involved managing pre-sales and post-sales processes, handling large accounts, gathering and maintaining data, and producing detailed reports. Precision, dependability, and exceptional organizational skills have been central to my success. In addition to that, I helped our team monitor our peer performances which included conducting PIPs and CAPAs.
I also excel at creating user-friendly Google Sheet databases and trackers that streamline workflows and make data easily accessible for teams.
Currently, I convert Rich Text Format and PDF documents into structured Excel and Word formats for our licensure portal. This role has strengthened my attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information securely and efficiently.
I’m now venturing into virtual assistance, offering services in administrative support, data management, calendar organization, and reporting. With my professional background and ongoing Six Sigma Certification, I’m ready to deliver efficiency and measurable value to any project.
