Hi, I am Novie Pamaybay!
I am a Licensed Civil Engineer and a Registered Master Plumber currently residing in Cebu, Philippines. I have practical experiences on site as an Engineer for almost 3 years now, particularly in residential and commercial projects. I have experience in quantity surveying/cost estimation and is knowledgeable about architectural/finishing works. I also have skills in AutoCad, PlanSwift, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
I am also proficient in both oral and written communication skills (English, Tagalog, Cebuano). I can work well with both team and in an individual environment. I am also a highly motivated individual and fast learner.
