I am a passionate and dedicated professional with over two years of experience in the outsourcing industry, working with Cohere Outsourcing Philippines for the GetYourGuide Tickets and Tours account. During my time there, I spent 1 year and 7 months as a Customer Service Representative, where I honed my skills in delivering top-notch customer support, resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I then transitioned into the role of Product Trainer, a position I held for 1 year and 9 months. As a trainer, I had the privilege of leading training sessions for new hires and conducting coaching to enhance performance. I collaborated with different departments to ensure that employees were up to date with the latest processes and product knowledge, which in turn helped improve overall service quality.
Academically, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English, and graduated Cum Laude.
