Growing businesses don't always need more people.
Sometimes they need better systems, clearer processes, and someone making sure the moving parts actually move.
That's where I come in.
I'm an Operations & Systems Specialist who works at the intersection of business operations, process improvement, CRM systems, and automation.
I help founders and growing teams organize how work gets done, document processes, clarify ownership, improve workflows, and build the systems that support day-to-day operations.
My technical background means I can also take those processes and turn them into workflows, automations, CRM systems, dashboards, and connected tools.
So I'm comfortable sitting between the people side of operations and the technology side.

A recent operations engagement
I supported a growing consulting business where the work went far beyond simply implementing software.
I helped map team accountability, ownership, client onboarding, internal workflows, operational processes, and the systems needed to support them.
The goal was to create greater clarity around:
Who owns what → what happens next → where information lives → what can be standardized → what can be automated.
That experience strengthened the kind of work I want to do more of: helping businesses create structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
I've also built automation and systems that have:
→ Eliminated 15+ hours of repetitive administrative work per week
→ Supported an outbound system achieving an 89% email open rate with a consistent flow of booked calls
→ Improved lead management through CRM pipelines, automated follow-up, and lifecycle tracking
My approach
I don't start with software.
I start with the process.
How does the business work today?
Where are things getting stuck?
Who owns each step?
What information is missing?
What needs human judgment?
What can technology handle?
Then I help organize the process and implement the right system around it.
A clearer workflow.
A more structured CRM.
An automated process.
Or sometimes simply removing a step that never needed to exist in the first place.
Tools I work with
Operations & Collaboration: Notion • Google Workspace • Slack • Airtable
CRM & Automation: GoHighLevel • Make • n8n • Zapier • Instantly
Systems & Development: Supabase • Lovable • Webhooks • APIs
Creative & Documentation: Canva • Claude
I'm particularly comfortable working with founders and lean teams where the role isn't neatly divided between "operations" and "systems."
You may need someone who can coordinate the work, understand the process, organize the moving pieces, and then jump into the technology when something needs to be built.
That's where I fit best.
Operations on one side. Technology on the other.
I work in the middle.
Let's build a business that's easier to run, not just busier to manage.
