I work with founders who don’t have time to chase people or explain things twice.
For the last 5 years, I’ve supported lean teams across Australia, Canada, the US and the UK, covering the day-to-day ops that keep things moving: inbox and client comms, internal systems, team coordination, and making sure work doesn’t stall because details slipped.
A big part of my ops work sits inside Go High Level (GHL). I manage GHL day to day (workflows, funnels, pipelines, tagging/segmentation, email and SMS sequences), troubleshoot broken automations quickly, and keep contacts moving through the right journeys so leads don’t get lost. I’ve also built membership course areas in GHL, uploaded videos, and set up the workflows that handle access, onboarding and follow-ups.
Alongside ops, I support marketing execution: scheduling email campaigns, scheduling social content, monitoring inboxes/comments, uploading blogs, and keeping calendars and deadlines tight. I create clean assets in Canva and can do basic short-form edits using CapCut and Opus.
