As a medical biller, I work on claims and different denials. I perform posting charges, research and follow-up on unpaid claims to insurance companies, review remits and EOBs, do credentialing, and work on authorization and insurance verification. I also do customer support where I take patient calls with billing inquiries and concerns.
I am familiar and knowledgeable with different CRMs such as Office Ally, EPIC, Dr Chrono, Intergy, Lytec, and Trizetto.
I am a driven, motivated, and organized person and can work with minimal supervision.
