After that, I became a Customer Service Representative for a travel account, assisting customers with bookings, payments, and refund-related concerns. I always made sure to leave a positive impression with every interaction.
Most recently, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a cleaning service company. I handled lead generation using GoHighLevel (GHL), created automations and follow-ups, managed client communications, scheduled appointments, and posted content on their social media pages to boost engagement.
