I began working as a customer service representative employee in wexpress Corporation for 15 years. Since our nature of work is a courier service / logistic company my task is to assist the customer who has a question or an inquiry regarding on the product and service that the company sells. After 4 years I was promoted as an operation assistant and became an operation supervisor afterwards.. As an Operations Supervisor I am responsible for overseeing daily operations, including scheduling of our courier's route , customer service, quality assurance, managing staff, monitoring individual delivery performance, developing efficiency plans, Coaching session with the courier and do a weekly meeting. Includes on Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and also courier's improvement on the delivery and checking with the team if there is a concern that needs to be improved.
