I have a 2 year full-time work experience with a US-Retail company where I used Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace for business to consumer support and communication. For this role, my main tasks are order checking, order return and exchange, order tracking and product inquiry. I alse have a 2 year full-time work experience with a Global web-comics and web-novel as a customer support where I used Zendesk, Slack, Airtable, and Google Workspace. My tasks for this role included customer account support, purchase inquiry, account-credits usage inquiry and web-content updates.
