1. Conduct a toolbox meeting before they start. e.g. Safety, journey plan, etc.
2. Scheduling the driver where location delivery is to be assigned.
3. Monitor the truck through GPS. Whereabouts?
4. Call and inform the customer that the delivery is ongoing.
5. If there is a problem with the unit while on the way call the mechanic to rescue.
6. If they have an a----------- happens on their way communicate with our legal to settle the problem.
7. After the delivery collect the invoice or delivery receipt for billing purposes.
8. Communicate to the motor pool head if there's a truck for repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
9. Set a meeting with the client if there are problems during deliveries.
10. Make a weekly profit and loss and send it to my boss.
