I have over 10 years of experience working as a customer service representative, and throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to hone a wide range of skills that have made me really effective in helping customers. I started in entry-level roles, working in collections and phone support for Australian based telco. I've also worked on US based company doing phone and chat support. I recently worked at a solar based company where I was tasked to assist in troubleshooting and case managing customers concern.
