I started in the BPO industry 2007 and started working from home just last 2017.
Most of my tasks were customer service and finance. I have handled different accounts and I have been trained to handle different type of customers with different concerns and use different type of approaches.
I started as a customer service representative for 18 catalogue online order taking, became a travel specialist for Expedia, a financial analyst for Equifax and was later promoted as a product specific trainer for the same client (Equifax) – as a mentor /newbie track trainer, I was given the tasks to showcase the world class customer service and product knowledge that every representative must possess to be able to handle different type of client concerns.
I have also been 2nd line customer relations representative for TalkTalk Telecom.
I have also been a virtual assistant (office base) Insurance data manager for MGI Brokerage and was later on promoted to become an account specialist for Medical billing solutions. I've also worked for a New Zealand website company called Zeald Ltd as an Accounting Assistant. I was handling receipting, invoicing, company and client email queries. My recent employment was with Empire Flippers, I was initially hired a customer service representative then later transitioned to an Engineering Assistant, where I as tasked to do quality assurance on the newly created company website.
I am a fast learner, I am keen to details and I work hard. My experiences being a customer service representative for different clients (no matter what title I had) is my edge to be able to provide the service that the customers and the clients are looking for and how we could be able to go beyond their expectations.
