Hi, I’m Jasper! I work behind the scenes in ecommerce operations, mainly with Shopify-based stores. I help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across areas like product setup, order flow, supplier coordination, and fulfilment.
I also support general updates and make sure product and store information stays accurate and organised as the business runs.
On the creative side, I assist with simple visual and content needs to help keep product and store assets presentable and aligned.
I also help improve processes by creating SOPs, refining workflows, and supporting more structured and scalable operations. My experience across systems, suppliers, and fulfilment has helped me stay organised and consistent in fast-moving environments.
