Hi, my name is Jon, and I'm applying for a post for your company. I have more than five years of experience working in the BPO industry as a customer service representative here in the Philippines. My experience in BPO has taught me how to communicate effectively, stay calm under pressure, and think quickly to solve problems. I’ve had the opportunity to work in three accounts: travel, finance, and healthcare."
For the first three years, I worked with a travel account, assisting customers with their itenerary. I learned how to manage complex customer inquiries and provide timely solutions, all while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
After that, I transitioned into a financial account where I spent 10 months helping customers with their accounts, transaction and giving assurance that their transaction is safe with us
Lastly, I’ve had the privilege of working in a healthcare account. Here my role is all about reaching out to potential leads and evaluating them if we are the best fit to represent them for their claim. Another key part of my responsibility is scheduling appointments or follow-up calls.
