I started my career as a customer service representative and chat support agent before being promoted to HR Associate. After a year in that role, I was further promoted to HR Specialist. In my HR roles, I managed various HR cases, ensuring compliance with the company's code of conduct and labor laws. As an HR Associate, I focused on recruiting for entry-level positions and achieved the highest hiring rate within the team. I also assisted with collecting employee requirements and uploading them to our HRIS. I am proficient with tools like Sprout, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Canva. Additionally, I have a strong attention to detail, am highly organized, and possess a keen focus on investigation processes.
