I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting. I have 15 years of work experience, with a strong background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using the NetSuite system. In my current role, I also handle logistics, permits, warehouse management system, manage people etc.
Also I would like to highlight my QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience. I have hands-on experience in books cleanup, including cleaning up the chart of accounts, connecting bank and credit card accounts, coding bank transactions, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, and payroll reconciliations.
I also perform additional month end review tasks to ensure accuracy across all records. These include vendor analysis reviews to identify any inconsistencies in coding, as well as variance analysis to investigate and explain monthly fluctuations.
