My name is Nessy Grace A. Zumel, a 23-year-old graduate of Physical Therapy from Mariano Marcos State University in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. I have gained comprehensive hands-on experience through clinical internships in both outpatient and inpatient settings, where I developed a strong foundation in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Throughout my training, I have had the privilege of working under the supervision of experienced physical therapists, assisting in the implementation of evidence-based treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
I am highly committed to providing quality care that supports patients in achieving their optimal physical health. My clinical experience includes performing manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization and soft tissue mobilization, as well as creating individualized exercise regimens tailored to each patient's specific needs. In addition, I have had the opportunity to educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and at-home rehabilitation exercises to complement their recovery process.
As a dedicated and results-driven professional, I am eager to contribute my skills to a respected healthcare organization where I can further develop my expertise and continue to make meaningful contributions to patient care. I am committed to lifelong learning and professional growth in order to stay at the forefront of advancements in the field of physical therapy.
