I've been in a BPO industry for almost 6 years, and I am great with my Communication skills, problem-solving, multitasking, patience, empathy and time management. Additionally, I am graduate in BS in Information Technology and I can say that I am great when it comes to technical knowledge, troubleshooting, understanding of IT tools and software. I love troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software. I can also handle technical inquiries. Furthermore, Technical writing creating documentation and troubleshooting guides for customer or for internal use. I also have knowledge in Microsoft 365, Canva, Slacks and some application that might help my employer. Besides all of the skills mentioned above, i can do appointment setting, encoding, social media, video editing and posting.
